Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service and/or when traps are set up.
We do not bill for services. Payment must be made upfront; no invoices or delayed payments are permitted.
Services will not proceed without confirmed payment.
Refund Policy: All fees paid for trap setup and services are non-refundable once traps are placed, regardless of capture results.
Additional Information
Our Client Consent / Property Access Rights Form must be completed and signed before any inspection or services begin.
Inspections or initial visits require a signed Property Access & Service Consent Form.
All traps are monitored daily by Evict-A-Guanas staff.
Customers do not need to handle traps or iguanas — our team manages the entire process.
Trap Handling Policy – Do Not Touch Traps
Clients, family members, neighbors, landscapers, or anyone else are not permitted to touch, move, or tamper with traps once they have been set by Evict-A-Guanas.
Why this is important:
Traps are designed to safely and humanely capture iguanas but can cause injury if mishandled.
Tampering with traps may void FWC compliance requirements.
Moving or adjusting traps can reduce effectiveness and result in failed captures.
Touching a trap with a live iguana inside may cause harm to the animal, the handler, or result in escape.
Only Evict-A-Guanas staff are authorized to handle traps and captured iguanas.
Important Client Disclaimers
No Guarantee Clause: While Evict-A-Guanas uses professional techniques and proven methods, we cannot guarantee the capture or complete eradication of iguanas due to factors beyond our control (such as weather, property conditions, or new iguanas entering the area).
Client Cooperation: Clients must allow reasonable property access for trap checks and humane dispatch. Failure to allow access may result in termination of service without refund.
Client Responsibility for Property Access: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure Evict-A-Guanas staff have safe and unobstructed access to the property (including gate codes, removal of hazards, and control of pets). Failure to provide access may delay or cancel service without refund.
Iguana Activity Liability: Evict-A-Guanas is not responsible for any damage caused by iguanas before, during, or after the trapping process.
Safety & Compliance: All services are conducted in accordance with Florida Wildlife Commission (FWC) regulations.
Property Damage Disclaimer
While traps are placed carefully, Evict-A-Guanas is not responsible for minor lawn, landscape, or surface disturbances caused by trap placement or iguana activity.

Evict-A-Guanas will safely release non-target animals when possible.
Additional service fees may apply if specialized handling is required.
