There are no tiered per-trap increases. Pricing remains consistent regardless of quantity.
What Trap Service Includes
Trap service pricing covers:
• Trap setup and secure installation
• Baiting
• Daily monitoring (as required by Florida regulations)
• Activity assessment
Trap service pricing does NOT include dispatch, euthanization, or disposal.
Active Iguana Removal – No Trap Required
If iguanas are actively present on the property at the time of assessment or service visit, we may humanely euthanize and remove them immediately in compliance with Florida regulations.
In these cases, trap placement may not be necessary.
Active on-site removal is charged immediately onsite at the following prices below:
1–5 iguanas — $70 each
6–10 iguanas — $60 each
11–20 iguanas — $50 each
20+ iguanas — $35 each
Active removal addresses visible iguanas at the time of service.
For properties experiencing recurring activity, burrow damage, canal access, or known infestation levels, structured trap placement is strongly recommended to reduce and maintain long-term population control.
Trapping provides ongoing coverage and monitoring beyond a single service visit.
Iguana Dispatch & Disposal Fees – Cape Coral
(Charged only if an iguana is captured)
Dispatch and disposal involve specialized handling, equipment, regulatory compliance, and proper removal procedures.
1–5 iguanas: $70 each
6–10 iguanas: $60 each
11–20 iguanas: $50 each
20+ iguanas: $35 each
Volume pricing reflects increased efficiency when multiple iguanas are removed during the same service period.Payment Policy – Trap Placement
Payment for trap placement is due immediately at the time traps are placed on the property.
Trap placement is defined as the physical installation of traps on the property. Payment is required regardless of capture outcome.
If the property owner and/or authorized agent is not present at the time of trap placement, a valid credit card must be provided in advance and kept securely on file. The card on file will be charged immediately once traps have been placed.
No exceptions.
Additional charges — including but not limited to dispatch fees, disposal fees, additional trap placements, extended service days, or renewed cycles — will be billed to the credit card on file as incurred.
Why Dispatch & Disposal Are Billed Separately
Dispatch and disposal services include:
• Humane euthanization
• Safe handling of live wildlife
• Compliance with state and local regulations
• Specialized equipment and supplies
• Additional labor and operational risk
• Proper transport and disposal
These services go beyond trap setup and monitoring and are billed separately only when removal occurs.
Florida Iguana Laws & Compliance
Under Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission regulations:
• Iguanas are invasive and may be humanely removed year-round with landowner permission
• Relocation is illegal

All services are performed in full compliance with Florida wildlife regulations.
