Cape Coral Iguana Removal Pricing
Cape Coral & Lee County
We are a locally owned business based in Cape Coral providing professional iguana removal services throughout Lee County.Iguana removal pricing varies depending on the number of iguanas present, the size of the property, and the level of activity observed during service.
Each property is different, so pricing is determined based on the conditions present at the time of service.
Iguanas can cause significant damage to seawalls, landscaping, docks, and foundations by digging burrows and tunnels. Early removal helps prevent costly property damage and population growth.
Factors that may influence service pricing include:
• Number of iguanas present
• Property size and layout
• Seawall or canal access
• Burrow activity or nesting areas
• Recurring iguana activity
For a quote or to schedule service, call or text 239-671-7740.
Active Iguana Removal
If iguanas are visible on the property during the service visit, they can often be removed immediately in compliance with Florida wildlife regulations.
Active removal addresses the iguanas present at the time of service and is commonly used when iguanas are regularly seen in yards, along seawalls, or around landscaping.
Pricing for active removal starts at $70 per iguana, with reduced per-animal pricing when multiple iguanas are removed during the same visit.
All removals are conducted in accordance with Florida wildlife regulations for invasive iguana species.
Trap Programs
For properties experiencing recurring iguana activity or burrow damage, trap placement may be recommended.
Trap programs allow for continued monitoring and removal over several days and are designed to help reduce iguana populations on properties where activity is frequent.
Trap service includes:
• Secure trap placement
• Baiting and positioning based on activity
• Monitoring in accordance with Florida wildlife regulations
• Removal of captured iguanas (Dispatch and disposal services are billed separately when removal occurs)
Trap program pricing varies depending on the number of traps required and the conditions of the property.
For trap service details or scheduling, please call or text 239-671-7740.
Trap Service Payment & Billing Policy
Payment for trap placement is due immediately at the time traps are placed on the property.
Trap placement is defined as the physical installation of traps on the property. Payment is required regardless of capture outcome.
If the property owner or authorized agent is not present at the time of trap placement, a valid credit card must be provided in advance and kept securely on file. The card on file will be charged immediately once traps have been placed.
Additional charges — including but not limited to dispatch fees, disposal fees, additional trap placements, extended service days, or renewed service cycles — will be billed to the credit card on file as they are incurred.
Dispatch & Disposal Services
Dispatch and disposal services are billed separately when removal occurs.
These services include:
• Humane euthanization
• Safe handling of live wildlife
• Compliance with state and local regulations
• Specialized equipment and supplies
• Additional labor and operational risk
• Proper transport and disposal
These services go beyond trap setup and monitoring and are billed only when removal occurs.
Dispatch and disposal fees will be charged separately at the completion of the job using the credit card kept securely on file.

Current regulations include:
• Iguanas are an invasive species and may be humanely removed year-round with landowner permission
• Relocation of captured iguanas is illegal
• Traps must be checked daily
• All handling must follow Florida humane standards
Evict-A-Guanas operates in full compliance with Florida wildlife regulations.

Service Outcome Disclaimer
Wildlife activity is unpredictable and influenced by environmental factors, property conditions, weather, food sources, and iguana movement patterns.
Because of these variables, Evict-A-Guanas cannot guarantee capture results, the number of iguanas removed, or complete elimination of iguana activity on a property.
Trap placement, monitoring, and removal services are performed based on professional assessment of activity and habitat conditions at the time of service.
Payment for trap placement and service time is required regardless of capture outcome.
Our services are designed to reduce iguana activity and population pressure, but ongoing wildlife movement in Southwest Florida means future activity may still occur.
Iguana Damage Prevention
Iguanas can cause damage to:
• Seawalls
• Canal banks
• Pool decks
• Landscaping
• Irrigation systems
• Structural foundations
Professional trapping combined with compliant removal helps reduce iguana activity and protect property value.
